To have your event at The Kitchen Urban Dining Room there is a $375 Booking Fee
Max # of guest 20 minimum 10*
This is a booking fee only and secures your event date as well as tables chains and linens. This secures up to 4 hours in the private space or final plate served.
All guest must be 21 and up.
This booking fee does not include food cost.
Offsite Booking fee is $450. This booking fee includes travel, personal cooking equipment, and Chef Steven for up to 4hrs on event day.

Facility must include proper hot and cold food storage. Working appliances and hot water. Must be a functional full kitchen in site.
These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE

Once the date is confirmed and booking fee paid you can schedule the next call with the chef for your menu. During this conversation you and Chef Steven will create an amazing menu for you and your guest. Chef Steven will then provide per person cost for your event.
Final invoice must be paid 10 business days prior to your event day.
Chef Steven will provide digital event day invites for you to share with your guest as well as custom menus. Please provide any themes or colors schemes to coordinate.

We welcome clients who would like to decorate the space for their events. Please discuss set up and break down during this call.
You will receive via text message the week of your event a custom digital event day information flyer. This flyer will include start times, address of The Urban Dining Room, parking info as well as instructions on access the building. Share this information with your guest.
Age Requirements
All guest must be 21 unless discussed with Chef prior to event.
Cancellation Policies
Client understands that upon entering this service contract, Chef Steven & The Kitchen Staff is committing time and resources to this event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.
Booking fee ($375) is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
If Client requests cancellation of this contract 90 days or more before the event, Client shall receive a full refund not to include initial booking fee. If client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the event, (25%) of the contract total will be owed to Chef Steven. If client requests cancellation 31-44 days before the event, (50%) of the contract total will be owed to Chef Steven. After 25 days in advance of the event, Chef Steven shall be entitled to (100%) of the contract total. Cancellation payments will be charged to last card on file unless otherwise discussed with Chef Steven.
